Challenge 21: Embellishment Extravaganza

Hello and welcome back to another AI Factory challenge! My name is Laurie and I am this weeks host.
This week the challenge is to use 5 embellishments total on your card or project, in any combination you choose!
Examples of embellishments are below:

1 ribbon, 3 brads, and 1 button OR
3 ribbons, and 2 brads OR
2 eyelets and 2 pearls and 1 ribbon type OR
5 crystal blings OR
Any combo you choose, as long as the total is 5

(Don't worry, stickles, glitter, flock or flower soft are not considered an embellishment in this challenge, so use as much of those as you want!)
