Hello crafty people! My name is Laurie and I am hosting the challenge this week.
The challenge this week is to incorporate something CLEAR into your SIMPLE card or project. That is to say,
1. the clear item must be something that remains on your finished project (clear stamps are not considered a clear item for this challenge) AND,
2. your card or project should be somewhat simple, making your main image the focus of the creation.
Examples of clear things to use: Clear buttons, clear dew drops/skittles/baubles, clear microbeads, techniques using clear embossing powder, acetate (clear cardstock), clear polyshrink, clear lacquer, clear craft cups... even a ziplock baggie is a clear item (gel cards).
You don't have to use AIFactory images, but if you have some, why not use them? There is also a nice selection of freebies at the AIF store HERE.
Create and make sure to enter your direct post link in the linky box at the bottom of this post.
The AIF Design Team has featured the following digital product in their challenge 27 samples this week, Lily Collection Digital stamp set. THIS DIGI SET IS THE PRIZE for ONE randomly selected challenge #27 participant. But, if you don't win this challenge, the set is ONLY $5 for 4 beautiful line art flowers perfect on cards for sympathy, mother's day, grandmothers, and anyone who loves the beauty of flowers.
